Tregonning and Godolphin cottages nestle in the secluded hamlet of Polladras, near Porthleven and 10 minutes from Praa Sands and its mile long golden beach.

The cottages have recently undergone a make-over and have a contemporary feel, with new kitchens, bathroom and heating.

You approach the cottages through the old field gate, where there is plenty of parking, with good room for bicycles around the back, and close access to footpaths.

All linen (except towels) and electricity is included. Cots and highchairs are available.

Polladras sits on the lower slopes of Tregonning Hill, and from the cottages garden you can see Godolphin hill a mile off. From the tops of these hills you can see the sea to the south; 2 miles to Praa Sands; and the sea to the north coast; 7 miles to Carbis Bay and beyond to St.Ives. To the west you see Penzance and to the east the Lizard peninsula stretches out.

Both Tregonning and Godolphin Cottages have space for resting in the sun, sitting out on the lawn, or a lazy barbeque as sunset settles across the lawns. You will soon feel at home in this quiet part of Cornwall.
